Discussed at the Inner City Planning and Heritage Committee
The committee received a presentation by PCH & Urban Avas about their upcoming proposal for the Double L motors/ AA Paving property on 9th Avenue (1501 to 1521 9 Avenue SE). Work is still preliminary but will be a mixed-use commercial and residential building at 6 to 8 stories. Details will come as the project develops.
The committee also discussed the provided materials from the Gresham Block developers. upcoming LOC and DP applications will be discussed when they arrive but community members can look at the proposed building at their website here with a Digital Information Session being held on June 12th, 2025 between 6:00PM and 7:00PM.
