Here are the items of discussion to be covered at the upcoming Inner City Planning and Heritage Committee meeting on Tuesday, November 4th from 7:00PM to 8:30PM in the Board Room at the ICA Community Hall.
There will be a short presentation from O2 Planning and Design concerning their plans for the Carson Block and three applications to look at.

02 Planning and Design have taken on the Carson Block as a project and are seeking a Land-Use Amendment (LOC) for the allowance of a six-storey mixed-use development that retains the Carson Block. Referred to as "Coven House", this application is to redevelop the property on the YW intersection currently housing Good News Coffee. It will build a mixed-use structure for retail and with a new dwelling. Plans indicate a tattoo/piercing studio, a replacement cafe space, office space, and a private dwelling.
