Tai Chi Classes

From April 7th to June 23rd Tai Chi classes will be offered at the Inglewood Community Hall. Classes are Tuesday nights from 6:45PM to 8:00PM in the Main Hall.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese "meditation in motion" practice featuring slow, gentle, low-impact movements that enhance balance, flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels (although this class is for those over 13 years), it reduces stress, improves balance and coordination, all the while developing cardiovascular health.

Our instructor brings 22 years of Tai chi practice and 8 years of teaching experience to this 12-week program that is structured for beginners.

Drop-ins are welcome for experienced practitioners, and if space allows.
