Local Handyman a Community Asset
By: Kim Firmston
When my husband and I were looking for someone to redo our basement bathroom, we were stumped. We asked all our neighbors and no one seemed to know anyone of any quality. Looking in the yellow pages wasn't much help either. So many ads! And how do you know if anyone is any good? All that research seemed rather daunting. It was then that I saw an ad in the Inglewood Community Newsletter for Funk's Fix It.
Jeff Funk came in, listened to what we wanted, looked at our sad excuse for a bathroom and then gave us our options. He was up front and honest and came in with an estimate that was both realistic and within our budget.
Throughout the weeks he worked on our basement he answered all our questions without hesitation, kept his workspace clean and even went above and beyond the call of duty - given how old this house is. Most of all he listened to what we wanted.
I can heartily recommend Jeff Funk to anyone who needs a handyman. He's local, he's good and he comes in on budget. What a great asset in our community.
