DP2006 - 1344 - 708 14th St. SE : 2 Single Detatched Dwellings

The concept plans are for two single-family houses to replace an existing single-family house. The concepts initially presented included two double car garages and their respective driveways that took up the entire front yard. The developer was asked to rework the plans to minimize the impact of the garages in an effort to fit in with the surrounding streetscape. The Developer presented new plans at our July meeting that resolved our concerns. The front entries were made more prominent and the garages and driveways were reduced in width. The ICA supports the revised plans.
