Update - Ribtor Warehouse - 2707, 16th Street SE

Update – DP2006-1193 – Addition to existing warehouse.

This has been reviewed over the past few months. The initial proposal was not supported by the ICA. Since then the applicant has revised the drawings to address the ICA’s concerns. Motion to support this DP under the condition that changes be made to the front façade with 8;-1’ projections and canopy’s as per the revised drawings presented and that there be a suffi cient landscaped setback to allow for more trees as per the Land Use Bylaw to be planted along the Alyth Road frontage to help screen loading. Carried
