880 - 11th Street SE- DP2007-0243 - Temporary Surface Parking lot.

This is the existing parking lot on the corner of 9th Ave and 11th Street adjacent to record land. This parking lot was originally installed as a temporary use. The same may be true for the parking lot at the corner of 9th Ave & 12th Street. Since these lots are on prominent corners in Inglewood that are well suited for redevelopment the ICA would like to request that the parking lots remain as temporary and that a permit would need to be applied for on an annual basis.
