BRZ Expansion

After the open house in June held at Dade Art and Design Lab, the city will be working on the potential new expansion areas. It is a municipal election year, so the process may be held up as a result, but the BRZ is hoping that the city will have all the documentation required to go forward with an expansion by the New Year. I'll keep Inglewood posted on our progress.

Inglewood Aquatic Centre is the only City of Calgary facility with a unique aquatic rock climbing wall. We also have one of a kind slides and tarzan ropes to keep the young ones busy.

The City of Calgary has commissioned AECOM Canada (an engineering and planning consulting company) to carry out a transportation planning study for both 9 Avenue SE in Inglewood and 17 Avenue SE in Forest Lawn. Thank you to all that shared a common interest in the article I wrote in July. It is an interesting journey being a mom and it is one that is made even more engaging by getting to write about it. As a result of your interest, I have been asked to contribute a few more articles.
