Hall Rental Price List - effective May, 2009

The Inglewood Community Association is pleased to offer for rent the Inglewood Community Hall. The Hall consists of 3 rooms of varying sizes which can accommodate a variety of functions such as:

  • Business Meetings
  • Business Training Sessions
  • Union Meetings
  • Corporate Functions / Parties
  • Condo AGM's
  • Movie Sets - Birthday Parties
  • Live Theatre / Plays
  • Music Concerts / Band Rehearsals
  • Swap Meets, Garage Sales
  • Special Events, Socials
  • Family Functions

Main Hall - Accommodates 200 people fixed (seated)

  • $500.00 per day rental OR $65.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum charge
  • Refundable Security Deposit $500.00
  • Additional costs may apply

Games Room - Accommodates 60 people fixed (seated)

  • $245.00 per day rental OR $45.00 per hour with a 3 hr. min. charge
  • Refundable Security Deposit $245.00
  • Additional costs may apply

Board Room - Accommodates 20 people fixed (seated)

  • - $200.00 per day rental OR $35.00 per hour with a 3 hr. min. charge
  • - Refundable Security Deposit $200.00
  • - Additional costs may apply

Additional Costs

  • Bartender(s) - $12 per hour per Bartender, 3 hour minimum charge. 1 Bartender required for every 50 persons.
  • Security Guard - $12 per hour per Guard, 3 hour minimum charge
  • Corkage is $3.25 per person and includes: Orange juice; Clamato juice; Caesar fixings; Pop; Fruit for drinks (lemons, limes, celery); straws; napkins; plastic glasses and; ice.
  • If required, Client provides liquor license, alcohol and bar float.
  • Coffee is $55 per 100 cup urn and includes: cups; powdered creamer; sugar; stir sticks and; napkins.
  • Kitchen is $100 if the client cleans up when finished or $175 if the ICA cleans up. ICA is not legally licensed as a commercial kitchen. Preparing and staging cooked foods is allowed but cooking food is NOT allowed.
  • Janitorial and set-up and strike down of tables and chairs to client's needs is done by ICA staff is included in the rental.
